IRVINE QUIK & THE SEARCH FOR THE FISH OF TRAGLEA

How can one clumsy, depressed space cadet save a whole planet after he accidentally destroyed his own?  In this text-based science fiction adventure game, the player uses their keyboard to guide our misfit hero, Irvine Quik, through disaster and an alien culture on a quest to rescue a severely endangered species of fish, with nothing but the Space Cadet Handbook for reference.

Irvine Quik uses theories of spatial narrative, player agency, and kung fu to critique colonialist rhetorics of early 20th century science fiction and deconstruct puzzle structures in interactive fiction.
